Japan Food Selection Certification
JAPAN FOOD SELECTION is a food evaluation event organized by the Food analyst Association in Japan. It was founded in 2013, Japan.
It is Japan’s first examination and certification system for food and ingredients by 23,000 food analysts.

Superior Taste Awards
International taste institute was founded in 2005 and is based in Brussels, Belgium.
Its jury consists of more than 200 renowned chefs and sommeliers who have evaluated more than 20,000 products.
The judging process is completely blindfolded, so only the product’s taste buds are evaluated and ranked for one star, two stars and three stars.
The judges also can provide suggestions and proposal for the manufacturer for improvements and food and beverage pairings.
Food Professional Awards
FOOD PROFESSIONAL AWARD is a food evaluation event organized by Food Professionals Association in Tokyo, Japan. It was founded in 2018, Japan.
Food professionals (those with Japanese national certification in food) judge the quality of food, beverages, and restaurant menus. It’s almost the same as the Japan Food Selection Certification.
Products are evaluated not only on taste, but also on appearance, cost performance, originality, etc., as a wholeand are ranked with 3, 2 and 1 star.
